Spring 2009 - Tone-on-tone ivory and genuine silver leaf floral motif on satin.

In order to achieve a soft feeling of flowers gently withering and falling off the trane of the gown, hand-cut stencils were first used to paint a subtle tone-on-tone pattern on the satin - a technique that renders the satin dull. Secondly, the same stencil patterns were used to create slightly offset, irregular highlights with genuine silver leaf.
